Ingredients

50ml Toffee Dream

120ml Tomato Juice

25ml Bloody Yapa Sauce

25ml Citrus mix

Garnish:

Pomodoro tamarillo

Fava tonka

Lime

Mex salt

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a shaker and pour it back and forth between two cocktail shakers until the ingredients are evenly distributed. This results in a silky combination of ingredients without over aerating the cocktail.
Place the mix in a rock glass / highball glass over ice
